Monroe Thomas

Monroe Thomas is a software engineer in the Applied Sciences Group where he works on a variety of incubation projects.

Before joining Microsoft, he was a self-described “startup junkie” for 25 years, working up and down the software stacks of surgical robotics, navigation and imaging, remoted user interfaces, and video and acoustic analytics platforms.

He holds a B.Sc. with honors in computing science from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
