Mike Lin
Principal Hardware Program Manager
Mike Lin focuses on building prototype hardware devices that are the first physical embodiment of design concepts generated within Microsoft’s Applied Sciences Group. His interest lies in pushing the boundaries of existing manufacturing capabilities to make research concepts into physical realities.
Mike has previous experience working as an application engineer at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) as well as serving as a supply chain and operations manager at Microsoft.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in business administrations from the University of Washington.
